If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing ... and include photographs of the artwork, packaging, and any damage. We will review your claim and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Your statutory rights under applicable UAE consumer protection laws are not affected.
