You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, copy content without permission or use the website in a way that may damage its functionality or reputation.
Artwork and product information
We make every effort to display artwork, colours, dimensions and details as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device settings and lighting.
Each original artwork is created by hand. Small variations, visible brushwork, texture and natural artistic details are part of the character of the piece and are not considered faults.
Original artwork
Original artwork is one-of-a-kind unless clearly stated otherwise. Once an original piece has been sold, it may no longer be available to purchase.
Where similar artwork is requested, it will be created as a new bespoke piece and will not be an exact copy.
Pricing
All prices are shown in AED unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
If VAT applies, this will be shown where required.
Payments
Payment terms will be confirmed before an order or commission is accepted.
For original artwork, full payment may be required before dispatch.
For commissions, a deposit may be required before work begins. The remaining balance must be paid before the finished artwork is released, delivered or collected.
Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received or agreed in writing.
Commissions
Bespoke commissions are subject to separate Commission Terms. By confirming a commission, you agree to those terms as well as these Terms & Conditions.
Delivery
Delivery times and costs will be confirmed at checkout or before dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, customs checks, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.

Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Custom, personalised and commissioned artwork may not be eligible for cancellation, return or refund once work has started, unless required by applicable consumer law or where the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Intellectual property
All artwork, images, designs, text, website content and branding remain the intellectual property of Sabine's Art unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, license, print, distribute or use the artwork commercially without written permission.
Use of commissioned artwork
Unless agreed otherwise, Sabine's Art may share images of commissioned artwork on the website, social media, portfolio, marketing materials or printed materials.
If the commission is private or a surprise gift, please let us know in advance so this can be discussed.

The content on this website is provided for general information only. We aim to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, current or error-free.
Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for losses caused by website downtime, third-party services, courier delays, customs delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
